About

My name is Natalie and I’m a mechanical engineer and an artist.

I love art, creating and producing.

I get excited from the moment a client or a friend receives one of my artworks and his eyes show me everything. Especially if it’s something he asked specifically and I got it just right.

I always wanted to put one of my list of ideas into practice and then came the Liluboard.

This board has 4 main goals:

Balance - With half circled wooden add-on, which helps you work on your balance, it’s physically hard but not dangerous.

Skate - You can easily connect wheels and skate around the city

Fun - Just put the pole under the board and have fun!

Art - When you’re not using the board, hang it on your wall as art.

How balance exercise affect the brain

Balance is a complex system.
The inner ear, which senses head motions, is an important part of the intricate system of balance.
A Study of the US National Library of Medicine – National Institutes of Health show how balance training program improves memory and spatial cognition.
Forty healthy participants aged 19–65 years in two groups exercised twice a week for a total of 12 weeks.
Only the balance group significantly increased in balance performance , while cardiorespiratory fitness remained unchanged.
Moreover, the balance group significantly improved in memory and spatial cognition - acquisition, organization, utilization, and revision of knowledge about spatial environments.
These capabilities enable individuals to manage basic and high-level cognitive tasks in everyday life.
